Harlequin Genetics
There are three main genes every Harlequin breeder should be familiar with.
The first is the "C series gene", which decides if the rabbit will be Japanese (orange), or
Magpie (white).
The second is the "B series" gene, which makes the rabbit black or chocolate.
The third is the "D series" gene, which turns a black into a blue, or a chocolate into a lilac.
